YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Strategic further development of the sales activities of the Service Division: Analysis, design, and implementation of efficient processes within sales and with relevant stakeholders
- Change Management: Planning and implementation of measures to win over and empower employees for new ways of working
- Continuous Improvement: Building a culture of learning and process optimization – from KPI tracking to best practice sharing
- Project Management: Control and prioritization of initiatives within the framework of sales transformation. Promote innovation in new sales models, processes, and tools through appropriate formats
- Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with sales, operations, and management to ensure holistic implementation
- Communication & Training: Design and execution of information and training formats for teams in transition
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in business administration, management, organization, or a related field
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in transformation or sales environments
- Experience in tender management in regulated industries, ideally rail vehicle industry is an advantage
- Know-how in change management, lean / continuous improvement or sales excellence
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and assertiveness – you can inspire and engage people
- Analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills
