Three-Tec is the specialist in the development and production of dosing systems, extruders and process equipment for process engineering. We mainly carry out customer-specific orders and are a young, motivated team. We work with flat hierarchies and a flexible organisation. Our development and design create new solutions for our customers and we demonstrate our capabilities to customers in our two test laboratories. In our workshop, we manufacture parts for our own products. In assembly, these components are assembled and tested into finished machines and systems. Our automation builds control cabinets and programmes the systems. Afterwards, commissioning takes place at our customers worldwide.

Employee AVOR / PPS / Purchasing (m/f/d) 80-100 %

Your main tasks:

• Work preparation, production planning and control
• Recording and deadline monitoring of production orders
• Purchasing
• Creating production lists, bills of materials and production documents
• Monitoring stock levels / minimum stock levels
• Maintenance and updating of article and supplier master data
• Supplier management and optimisation of purchasing conditions with suppliers
• Calculation and determination of manufacturing costs
• Ongoing maintenance and further development of the ERP system (SelectLine)
• Continuous process optimisation
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces

Your profile:

• Completed basic technical training
• Further training or in training as a process specialist or similar (HF level)
• Professional experience in work preparation
• Good understanding of technical contexts and manufacturing processes
• Structured and methodical approach with very independent and reliable working style
• Commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Confident handling of ERP systems and common MS Office programmes
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a team-oriented and friendly manner
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
