About the job
The Museum of Design Zurich is the leading Swiss museum for design and visual communication. Its collection unites over half a million objects from graphic and design history and is of international significance. As part of the Zurich University of the Arts ZHdK, the museum is involved in research and teaching and regularly publishes its own publications. Your profile
We are looking for a reliable personality with completed vocational training in a craft and more than five years of professional experience. You are physically and mentally resilient and remain calm and composed even in hectic times. Flexibility, openness to new things, as well as personal responsibility and team spirit are a matter of course for you. Good German skills and a category B driving license are required. Since we regularly work to deadlines (e.g., vernissages), willingness to work flexible hours and overtime during peak times is essential.

We offer you very varied tasks in a collegial team and two well-equipped workshops. The workplaces change depending on the assignment, either at the Toni-Areal (Pfingstweidstrasse 96) or at the Museum of Design Zurich (Ausstellungsstrasse 60). The salary is based on the salary regulations of the Canton of Zurich.
