Role & Objective of the Position:
To strengthen our development and testing department, we are looking for a technically strong and practical personality in the field of high-voltage, product, and system testing. The position combines operational responsibility in daily testing operations with the active setup and further development of our test equipment, controls, and test systems. We are not looking for a purely administrative role but a personality who not only plans tests but also implements, wires, and reliably operates test systems themselves.
Your Tasks
Operational Focus
- Independent execution of high-voltage, heating, functional, and type tests
- Support of development and design in verification and validation
- Ensuring a stable, safe, and reproducible testing operation
Automation & Setup
- Setup, wiring, and optimization of electrical controls for test stands
- Parameterization and programming of PLC controls for test systems
Further Development of the Testing Area
- Creation of test plans / test reports, work instructions, and standard processes
- Participation in the planning and prioritization of test capacities
Your Profile
- Technical basic training with advanced education HF/FH in electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or comparable
- Experience in the testing area, plant construction, or commissioning
- Experience in setup, wiring, and commissioning of technical systems
- Strong hands-on mentality with high implementation competence
- Structured and precise working style
- Quality-conscious with technical judgment
- Clear and goal-oriented communication
- German and English spoken and written
