The Swiss saltworks ensure the salt supply of Switzerland on behalf of the cantons and the Principality of Liechtenstein. In doing so, the Swiss saltworks not only fulfill their supply mandate but also ensure – especially in harsh winters – flawless mobility for the entire population.Your role: You ensure that the production process in salt production is efficient, safe, and of high quality – always considering the requirements for quality, environmental protection, and occupational safety. In addition, you contribute to the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes by applying principles of Operational Excellence and Industry 4.0.

Your qualities as a professional and a person
- Successfully completed training as a chemical technician or comparable qualification
- First experience in a production company, ideally in the chemical industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of chemical processes and process engineering.
- Experience with digitized production systems and automation technology is an advantage.
- Knowledge in the field of Operational Excellence
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
- Technical understanding and analytical thinking skills.
- Careful and independent working style.
- Team spirit and strong communication skills.
