Operator Micro Manufacturing (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Assembly and inspection of tiny parts (Micro Parts) according to work instructions
- Assembly of micro connectors with very high quality requirements
- Operation of semi-automatic systems in the micro area
- Microscopic final inspection and packaging of micro products
- Feedback of production orders in the SAP system
- Booking of individual parts to production orders in the SAP system
- Ensuring high quality standards and compliance with all regulations
- Application and implementation of lean methods
- Working in a cleanroom while adhering to defined quality and process standards
Your Profile
- Completed technical or mechanical basic or further training is an advantage
- Professional experience in handling tiny parts (Micro Parts) as well as working with optical aids
- Experience in operating systems or machines, e.g. with CNC controls
- Good technical understanding of production equipment and semi-automatic systems
- Confident working according to technical specifications and documentation
- Very good eyesight, high concentration ability and precise working method
- Enjoyment in contributing to new, developing processes
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shifts (3-shift operation)
