- Coordination and supervision of small and medium-sized construction projects
- Completed basic training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in the technical field, alternatively a relevant degree in Facility Management
- Professional experience in the field of technical building management, provider experience an advantage
- Leadership experience
- Good knowledge of English
- High customer orientation and assertiveness
- Business management knowledge
