- Providing technical support for employees on-site and remotely
- Monitoring system performance, detecting and resolving faults
- Participation in IT projects
- Implementation and maintenance of security policies and measures to protect IT systems
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, manuals, and IT guidelines
- Professional experience after training is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux servers, networks (LAN/WAN), and common IT security standards
- Strong problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, ICT professional, or a comparable qualification- Professional experience after training is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux servers, networks (LAN/WAN), and common IT security standards
- Strong problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
