What you will do here
- Coordinate and perform administrative tasks in the field of agronomy
- Support the BSc Agronomy program management and independently manage administration in defined areas
- Create and manage individual performance agreements
- Check recorded hours in SAP and conduct individual training sessions
- Organize and record meetings
- Monitor appointments and adherence to deadlines according to the HAFL annual plan and in general
What you ideally bring with you
- Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience
- Experience in administration and project work
- Organizational skills and independent and precise working style
- Flexibility and openness regarding task diversity
- Very good German/French/English skills; French native speaker preferred
