Specialized Cleaner with Supervision

Your tasks:
- Maintenance of buildings in the relevant sector
- Use of machines and application of cleaning techniques
- Replacement in case of short-term absence
- Accompanying cleaning staff in the various buildings
- Monitoring and controlling the services specified in the specifications performed by the staff
- Coordination of staff vacations in your sector
- Management of badges/keys and access for staff
- Quality control of cleaning services
- Training of new staff on site
- Management of stock of sanitary supplies and cleaning products
Your profile:
- Training in the field of cleanliness (MRP diploma, EGP level E2 or AFP)
- Several years of experience in managing cleaning teams
- Spoken and written French at least B1 level
- Driving license B
- Good physical condition
- Service-oriented, autonomy, rigor, and flexibility
