At JTI Dagmersellen, we are looking for young talents to join our MAS Trainee Program. This role offers a hands-on introduction to how materials, planning, and production come together in a highly automated and innovative factory environment.
What You’ll Do
As a MAS Trainee, you will:
- Support material availability planning for manufacturing operations
- Analyze production plans and forecasts to support material requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and help optimize stock targets
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
- Support suppliers and track deliveries to ensure smooth production flow
- Contribute to lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement projects
- Use data and digital tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI) to support planning decisions
Who We’re Looking For
You are a great match if you:
- Recently graduated (or are about to graduate) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Confident working with Excel and data-driven tools; SAP and Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Are eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
- Enjoy working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams
- Are comfortable in an international environment
- Speak English fluently (German is a strong plus)
