With your commitment, you ensure the comprehensive processing of customer orders. This involves capturing production orders and documentation for production. Active, continuous customer support (information flow, feasibility, improvement measures) as well as monitoring and overseeing SLA agreements are further challenging tasks in your area of responsibility. With our innovative solutions, we, and thus you, actively support our customers in the digital transformation in the field of document management in Europe. Your Profile- Telephone and written support of the customer base as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Processing and monitoring of the entire order processing in collaboration with various internal and external parties
- Active participation in various projects (e.g., onboarding of new customers)
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships and support in their expansion
- Regular review and updating as well as optimization of our quality standards
- Preparation of service reports and analyses
What You Bring
- Completed commercial basic training
- Experience in order processing (preferably in the graphic industry)
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Organizational skills and problem-solving competence
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Proficient in common MS Office products
- Open-minded, resilient, and team-oriented personality with good manners and confident
- Appearance, as well as impeccable character
