Job Description
What to expect
- As an architect, you will independently take on integral planning from project design to execution (SIA phases 32–53) and support overall project management/project leadership.
- Your main tasks include planning activities within the integral team, focusing on execution planning and realisation (SIA 51–53), supported by Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- The planning work on current and future (large) projects in the fields of industrial or hospital construction is part of your core area – with a focus on technical elaboration, detail development, and feasibility.
- You work closely with all specialist departments (structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, construction management) as well as external specialist planners in a BIM-based coordination process (Revit / ACC).
- You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account sustainable and resource-conserving planning.
Qualifications
What you bring
- You have successfully completed studies in architecture (ETH/FH or equivalent).
- Your career shows several years of professional experience in planning medium to large projects, with a clear focus on execution planning.
- You possess solid technical and constructive knowledge as well as very good knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and regulations (especially SIA 102).
- You have proven experience in projects of SIA phases 32–51, ideally with in-depth responsibility in execution planning.
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good system knowledge in Autodesk Revit (Architecture).
- You are enthusiastic about integral planning and are able to independently handle sub-areas as well as coordinate interdisciplinary work.
- You are characterised by high competence in detailed planning and constructive elaboration of building projects as well as by your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
- You have a pronounced awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality in terms of SIA project execution.
- An engaged, structured, and responsible working style rounds off your profile.
