Senior Accounting Manager (m/f/d)
Workload: 80 - 100% / Location: Sursee

In this versatile role, you actively shape the accounting of CALIDA as well as the consolidation and reporting of the CALIDA GROUP. You ensure reliable financial reporting, contribute your expertise in treasury and corporate finance topics, and continuously develop our processes.
Your area of responsibility
- You contribute to the preparation of the monthly, half-year and annual financial statements of CALIDA AG as well as the half-year and annual reports of the CALIDA GROUP
- You ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP FER and the relevant local accounting regulations
- You continuously develop the group consolidation and the group-wide accounting manual
- You are the professional contact person for complex accounting and reporting issues
- You coordinate and accompany external audits and support examinations
- You are responsible for selected treasury topics, especially liquidity planning and financing processes
- You ensure compliance with and documentation of the group-wide transfer pricing policies
- You coordinate tax and withholding tax matters together with internal and external specialists
What is important to us
- You have a higher education in accounting, finance or business administration
- Ideally, you have further training as an expert in accounting & controlling, auditor or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of experience in accounting and financial reporting of an international company
- You have sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER
- You have experience in treasury, financing and cash management
- You are familiar with international tax and transfer pricing topics
- You work confidently with ERP systems and consolidation tools; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- You think analytically and work independently, structured and precisely
- You convince with your communication skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders
