Interviews (on average, the number of interviews is 3 – but it may vary depending on the seniority level required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet members of our team: your future manager of course, but also other people you will work with. Case study: Depending on the position, you may be asked to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Your missions
Write and execute detailed test plans as well as business scenarios
Design and maintain functional and technical test cases
Perform UAT tests and ensure their compliance with business requirements
Identify, document, and track anomalies using specialized tools (JIRA, Xray, ALM, TestRail…)
Participate in design reviews and validate the coverage of functional requirements
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the quality of deliverables
Apply best testing practices (ISTQB, Agile Testing, etc.) in projects
Your profile
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Test Analyst, QA Consultant, or equivalent position
Significant experience in the Swiss insurance sector (life, non-life, claims, brokerage, local regulations)
Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Xray, ALM, TestRail…)
Good understanding of testing methodologies (ISTQB, Agile Testing, UAT)
Experience in CRM or business process testing
Fluent French. English is a plus
