Your game
- In your role as Employee Guest Experience, you are our business card at all casino touchpoints.
- You select and welcome guests at the entrance gates, assist with check-in if necessary while observing the house rules.
- In the hall, you bring drinks and snacks to the guest, ensuring comfort and a pleasant atmosphere.
- You recognize difficult situations early, proactively support their resolution, and are thus an important component for safe and smooth gaming operations.
- You can expertly answer guests' questions about the function of slots or payout machines and offer your helping hand.
- As the first contact person on our floors, you recognize guest questions before they are asked and thus ensure an inspiring experience.
Our rules of play
- You are a flexible personality who proactively approaches people and easily makes contact with others.
- Even in delicate situations, you radiate calm and professionalism.
- You bring experience in dealing with guests and customers; ideally, you have already worked in gastronomy, events, or retail.
- We do not expect a specific basic education; career changers are welcome. What matters to us is your appearance and your skill in dealing with guests.
- Our shift work (approx. 70% night, with attractive bonuses) can be well combined with your social life and hobbies.
- German is your native language or you speak it fluently; English and other languages are an advantage.
- Due to legal requirements, you have a clean record (criminal and debt register extracts).
- Your area of responsibility can also be expanded with various additional functions in de-escalation and first aid (with bonuses) if interested.
