- Comprehensive advice and support for sales teams and customers
- Responsibility for increasing revenue and profitability in your area
- Maintenance and expansion of customer portfolios and assortment strategies
- Coordination between sales, marketing, and other business units
- Participation in customer events, trade fairs, and training
- Processing and monitoring of offers and projects
- Close collaboration with key account and account management teams
- Customer contact and customer care, including quotation and order processing
- Customer consulting for customized products and their logistics
- Creating customer statistics and coordinating customer implementations
This is what you bring
- Commercial basic training with further education in marketing or sales (HF/FH)
- Professional experience in sales and consulting, ideally with subject matter expertise
- Very good French language skills in spoken and written form are essential, English skills are an advantage
- Negotiation-safe communication at all hierarchical levels
- Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP, and CRM (e.g., D365)
- Initiative, assertiveness, and resilience
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland (10 – 20 %)
- Structured working method and ability to prioritize complex tasks
- Team spirit and enjoyment of dynamic challenges
