Sales Back Office & Event Coordination Employee (m/f/d)
We are a popular congress and event venue in the Bernese Oberland. Events for up to 1500 people take place in the historic as well as modern premises and are catered with delicacies from our own kitchen. As a local specialist, we also support our customers in organising congresses, meetings and other events in the region.
Do you enjoy working in the back office but also appreciate contact with our customers? Then we should get to know each other! We are looking for a new team member as a Sales Back Office & Event Coordination Employee (m/f/d).

Your Tasks
- Prepare offers, contracts and invoices
- Organise supporting programmes including hotel bookings and billing (commission)
- Willingness to coordinate, organise and accompany events as well as support our customers
- Advise organisers and conduct tours of the venue with potential customers
- Telephone support and management of the info mailbox (email)
- Optimise work processes and procedures together with the team
- Participation in destination management
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- Professional experience in the event/tourism industry is an advantage
- Enjoy administrative tasks as well as organising and planning
- Open and communicative manner with a strong customer orientation
- Solid IT skills and very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- High initiative
