Job Description
Your Team and Your Mission
You actively support valuation and consulting mandates for institutional and private real estate investors as well as the public sector, together with your team. After thorough onboarding, you will work independently or collaboratively with an experienced, interdisciplinary team to develop solid decision-making foundations for our clients. You approach tasks in an organised and efficient manner, maintain an overview even with complex issues, and find pragmatic solutions. At the same time, you have the opportunity to actively contribute ideas and develop your professional skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Real estate valuations using the discounted cash flow method and other procedures
- Economic analyses of properties and construction projects
- Usage concepts and profitability calculations
- Sustainability assessments of properties
- Object analyses and strategic consulting
In this position, you will get to know various areas of real estate consulting and valuation, gain valuable practical experience, and build contacts within a broad expert network. You will be supported by extensive databases on the construction and real estate market as well as modern IT tools.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in architecture, engineering, economics with a focus on real estate, or a related field; alternatively, a comparable education or training
- Interest in real estate topics, confident handling of numbers and data, and a basic economic understanding
- Digital affinity, good MS Office skills, and clear, open communication
- Structured, organised, and solution-oriented working style, with an eye for the essentials
- Fluent German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
