We are looking for an
Instructor with Management Function 100% (m/f/d)
for the further development and management of the Sempach LU location – true to our motto "from practitioners for practitioners" – starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Responsible as site manager for ensuring course operations
- Preparation and execution of floor conveyor, forklift, and warehouse logistics courses as well as other courses according to competencies or competence development potential
- Responsibility for the optimal deployment of instructors and utilization of infrastructure, which takes place both at the Sempach site and at our customers on site
- You support the sales field service in the region and surrounding areas
- Technical and organizational site management with a focus on ongoing development
Your profile
You are familiar with the logistics industry and bring both solid practical and initial leadership experience. Ideally, you have already completed the SVEB1 training and are a recognized forklift instructor. Furthermore, you have already gained experience in similar training or lecturer roles. You are rooted in the region and stand out as an implementation- and organization-strong practitioner.
