We are looking for a committed
Receptionist / Patent Attorney Secretary (100%)
to start immediately or by arrangement.
In this varied role, you will work as a service- and customer-oriented person with a 50% workload as a receptionist in the Services department and as a legal secretary in the Patents and Designs department.
Your main tasks as a receptionist include
handling the telephone switchboard and welcoming our clients
processing daily incoming and outgoing mail
purchasing and managing office supplies and business stationery
administrative assistance tasks, supporting the head of services
Your main tasks as a patent attorney secretary include
handling correspondence in German and English based on templates, keywords, or independently
electronic file management, deadline monitoring, and invoicing
labeling technical drawings and searching for patent documents on the internet
general administrative tasks
You bring with you a commercial or equivalent education, possibly professional experience in a similar role, fluent German in spoken and written form, good English skills, good IT skills (MS Office), especially word processing, good manners as well as a friendly, courteous demeanor, precise and efficient working style, independence, and teamwork skills.
