What to expect
- Program Management: Through continuous control and coordination of strategic initiatives, you make a decisive contribution to Brack.Alltron
- Project Management: You take responsibility for operational and strategic projects and successfully bring them to completion end-to-end – with foresight and clear goal orientation
- M&A / Post-Merger Integration: You design and accompany M&A-related initiatives, take partial or full responsibility in PMI projects, and ensure that integration and transformation goals are efficiently achieved. This includes close collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners, conducting due diligence analyses, and deriving operational measures from strategic M&A decisions
- Business Analysis: You have a sense for trends and analyze market movements as well as the competitive environment, but also internal developments, to identify opportunities early and support management through analyses and presentations
- Innovation Promotion: You actively promote a culture of innovation within the company and bring in new impulses
- Project Budget Planning and Monitoring: You plan, control, and monitor the budgets of your projects and ensure that resources are used efficiently
What you bring
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the dynamic environment of e-commerce
- Experience in M&A projects and/or post-merger integration is an advantage – either from practice or through relevant further training
- A completed degree (FH/University) in business administration or a similar field
- Confidence in using project management tools and the associated methodology. Knowledge of the Atlassian environment is an advantage
- A proactive attitude, flexibility, and a high sense of responsibility. Your commitment and reliability make you an indispensable support in the team
- Strong communication skills as well as the ability to convince and motivate others – whether in a workshop or a presentation
- A strategic mindset complemented by agile thinking and acting
