As a Health Specialist EFZ, you professionally and empathetically support people in the acute psychiatric environment through challenging life situations. In close interprofessional collaboration, you contribute to safe, resource-oriented, and high-quality care.
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with a focus on psychiatry (SRK recognition is required for qualifications obtained abroad)
- Solid experience in psychiatric nursing and care
- High professional and social competence as well as pronounced self-reflection
- Confident, calm handling of challenging situations
- Responsible, structured, and team-oriented working style
Tasks
- Professional nursing and care of patients in the acute psychiatric environment
- Co-design of individual nursing and care measures within the framework of primary nursing
- Promotion of a stabilising and therapeutic ward milieu
- Safe and composed action in crisis situations and with challenging behaviours
- Close collaboration with nursing, medicine, therapy, and other specialist areas
- Careful nursing documentation and shared responsibility for high nursing quality
- Active contribution to a safe, structured, and appreciative treatment environment
