What is my role?

• Technical and personnel management of a team of up to 10 employees

• Ensuring processes and necessary maintenance

• Optimising processes and improving workflows

• Drafting work instructions and ensuring their currency

• Further development of employees in their functions

• Support and close collaboration with the R&D team

• Key role in cooperation with all production departments

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic education with a qualification as a master craftsman or technician

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a technical environment

• Good communication skills with internal and external parties

• Strong quality awareness

• Good knowledge of ERP systems (proAlpha advantageous)

• Knowledge of ceramic processes (powder pressing and firing) advantageous

• Further training in Lean Management (Green Belt), shopfloor management advantageous
