To strengthen our team of the WG-Rot residential group in Ins, we are looking for a

Social Pedagogue or Care Specialist 80%

This is what you will do:

• Care for clients in everyday residential group life with educational, nursing, and administrative tasks
• Planning, accompanying, and organizing leisure activities
• Maintaining and promoting independence
• Willingness to actively work in a team
• Key person work
• Household tasks

This is what you bring:

• Completed training as a social pedagogue (HF) or care specialist EFZ
• High social competence as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills
• Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with joy in independent work (shifts alone)
• Enjoy active teamwork
• Willingness to work irregular hours, evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Category B driving license mandatory
