What is my role?

In this extremely versatile and varied role, you are a member of the QA team and carry out/monitor operational quality assurance measures in production as well as in goods dispatch. In doing so, you optimise the process of individual steps (manufacturing processes) in close cooperation with your department managers. You prepare the documentation, thereby ensuring the operational reliability of the production staff and coordinate problem-solving.

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed an electrical engineering apprenticeship, possibly with 2-3 years of professional experience. Furthermore, you have successfully trained as a quality specialist and are currently working in an equivalent role in quality assurance. You bring profound knowledge of international quality standards and have solid experience in IT handling. Personally, you have a methodical and goal-oriented working style, open and clear communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as assertiveness.
