The focus of your work is the research and knowledge transfer of strategy and leadership as factors for the sustainable success of organizations. Department: School of Management and Law

Start date: From April 2026 or by arrangement

• Management and further development of courses and degree programs in initial and continuing education
• Project management in research and service projects
• Independent acquisition of third-party funding (e.g., Innosuisse, SNSF)
• Supervision of bachelor, master, and diploma theses (CAS, MAS)
• Preparation of scientific publications, expert reports, and reports
• PhD in economics or social sciences in the field of Strategic Management and/or Leadership
• Several years of experience in practice and science in the fields of Strategic Management and/or Leadership
• Specific knowledge in an industry and corresponding network
• Experience in acquiring and implementing large projects
• Teaching experience with didactic qualification
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, and conceptual thinking and acting as well as interest in scientific work in collaboration with external university partners
