Join our team in Switzerland in Geneva as a PAM Cybersecurity Expert! You will support our client’s IT department and provide your expertise to ensure the security, continuity, and performance of critical operations related to privileged access management. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams within a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities:

Administer, deploy and evolve the CyberArk solution, participate in defining architectures, build activities, solution upgrades, and oversee account onboarding as well as the implementation of new management policies.
Develop new connectors, study, qualify and deploy new security solutions, qualify version upgrades, and participate in security solution implementation projects.
Advise business units on security topics related to projects, collaborate with the CISO team on risk definition and assessment, and write technical and operational procedures.
Ensure the technical and functional administration of solutions, handle level 2 and 3 support, analyse and resolve incidents, liaise with vendor support, and define and implement security system effectiveness controls.
Monitor vulnerabilities, non-compliances and remediation plans, apply necessary fixes, perform changes and operations outside business hours, maintain and evolve services, industrialise and automate operational processes.

About you:

Experience in cybersecurity or IT production security, with 7 to 10 years in a similar role.
Expertise in privileged access management (PAM), identity and access management (IAM), administration and deployment of CyberArk.
Strong knowledge of privileged and technical account management, as well as securing production environments.
Proficiency in Active Directory, strong authentication mechanisms, and good understanding of infrastructure, architecture and networks.
Experience with UNIX and Windows systems, as well as support and operation of security services.
Technical skills in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell), SQL, and practical experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Expertise in incident management, vulnerability handling and remediation plans.
Native French speaker; fluent in English.
