Gardener with Ambition – Your Path to Site Manager / Project Manager

You are a gardener by passion and like to get involved? If you not only want to work but also think along and take responsibility, then we have exactly the right place for you. Together we realize strong projects and develop you step by step.
Here is what you will do
- You bring your experience in gardening and landscaping, ensure the highest execution quality, and support our team as well as our apprentices in everyday work. Depending on your strengths, you will also be involved in project planning, customer consulting, and organization:
- Support in project supervision and construction site organization
- Collaboration in planning and deployment of personnel, machines, materials, and equipment
- Preparation of measurements, reports, and participation in billing as well as cost control
- On-site customer consulting as well as support with offers and acquisition
- Contact person for team, customers, architects, and suppliers
- Active participation in your professional and personal development
These are your skills and strengths
- You have completed training as a gardener EFZ (gardening and landscaping), ideally have already gained experience as a foreman, and want to develop professionally? Perfect! With us, you get the opportunity to take on responsibility and gradually grow into a leadership role:
- Flexible, responsible, and reliable personality with strong team spirit
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good IT user skills
- Very good oral and written German skills
