What is my role?

Planning and coordination of orders for the supported branches
Organisation and management of assignments according to headquarters' guidelines
Leading a team of 3-5 technicians
Support with technical questions
On-site customer care and advice

What do I need to be successful?

Completed EFZ training in the automotive sector (e.g. automotive mechatronics technician, automotive specialist, car mechanic or bodywork technician)
Further training in the commercial field (commercial diploma or technical commercial specialist advantageous)
Independent, flexible and reliable working style
Enjoyment of customer contact
Very good German and French skills
Driving licence category B
