Your tasks:
As an employee* of the Central Information Office of the PH Study Advisory Service (ZSB), you are the contact person for prospective students and students.
Your duties include:
- Providing competent initial information and triaging enquiries
- Maintaining and collaborating with interfaces
- Participating in information events (entire educational region of Northwestern Switzerland)
- Taking on overarching administrative tasks for the ZSB
- Managing and maintaining the web portal for students
Your profile:
You are open, communicative, flexible and service-oriented with a good sense for different personalities.
Additionally, you bring the following:
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent education – ideally experience in the education sector
- Enjoyment of structured, precise work
- Confident use of digital tools and willingness to familiarise yourself with new systems
- Team spirit, flexibility and resilience – also during intense phases with high advisory and enquiry volumes
- Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as part of events
