Workshop Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this responsible position (80-100%) you will take on the following varied tasks:

• Planning and organising work assignments for the workshop and service team

• Acceptance and processing of repair and service orders

• Expert advice to our customers as well as technical support

• Leadership and development of your team with a focus on motivation and professional promotion

• Preparation of quotations and management of workshop orders

• Practical support in day-to-day business during periods of increased workload

What do I need to be successful?

Our client desires the following qualifications:

• Completed training in construction, agricultural, motor equipment or commercial vehicle mechanics

• Leadership experience already present or a strong desire to lead a team

• Confident handling of digital systems and methodical approach

• Strong personality with decisiveness and economic thinking

• Very good German skills, French is a plus

• Further training as a workshop manager or diagnostic technician is welcome
