Mandate Manager Multi Family Office (International Trust) - Private Clients 80% - 100% (f, m, d)
To strengthen our Private Client team, we are looking for a Mandate Manager Multi Family Office (International Trust, f, m, d) with a workload of 80% to 100% starting immediately or by agreement.

Your Responsibilities
- Independent management activities for international finance, holding, and real estate companies
- Support and advice for international clients with Swiss companies as well as verbal and written contact (mostly in English) with mandate-related contacts
- Handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with business and legal guidelines (GWG, CRS, FATCA) as well as ensuring a smooth process with internal accounting and the tax department
- Electronic recording, monitoring, and management of client data through our electronic document management system
- Participation in internal or client-related project work
What You Bring
- Dipl. Trust Expert, business studies or comparable education as well as in training for it
- At least 3 years of professional experience in trust services or in private client consulting
- Entrepreneurial thinking, service-oriented and team-oriented as well as resilient professional
- Reliability, high quality awareness, and very good task management are required
- Fluent German and very good English skills in spoken and written form are a must
