For our marketing department, we are looking for a motivated personality as
Lead Marketing 80 - 100% (all)
Your main tasks
- Leading the 3-person marketing team as well as supervising the media technology apprentices as a trainer
- Further development of the marketing strategy together with the head of sales & marketing
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of digital and analog marketing activities
- Conceptualization and implementation of new customer campaigns and customer retention measures
- Responsibility for the brand appearance of Heizmann AG
- Planning and realization of trade fairs, meetings and customer events
- Proactive support of our sales field service
- Consulting and supporting management in building and expanding market intelligence
- Building and expanding employer branding in close coordination with HR
Your profile
- Marketing specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification
- Trainer (or willingness to complete the course)
- Further training in digital marketing, performance marketing or marketing automation
- Leadership experience, ideally in a technically oriented SME environment
- Several years of practical experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B sector
- Sound knowledge in digital marketing (SEO/SEA, SoMe,
performance campaigns, newsletters, website management, marketing tools) - Experienced in campaign planning, content creation, brand management as well as event and trade fair organization
- Confident German; French and Italian desirable
