The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. To complete the teams of the Intensive Care Units of the Regional Hospital of Lugano, Civic Hospital site, and the Cardiocentro Ticino Institute, we are looking for
Specialized Nurses in Intensive Care (80-100%)
Profile:
- organizes and manages multiple activities simultaneously independently and flexibly, efficiently and promptly prioritizing them;
- maintains a positive attitude even in complex, highly stressful, and unexpected situations;
- is able to work both independently and in a team;
- possesses relational and communication skills.
Required qualifications:
- nursing diploma (or recognized equivalent qualification);
- certificate as a specialized nurse in intensive care (ASI) or as an expert nurse in intensive care graduated SPD SSS or 1st level Master in Intensive Care Nursing Sciences, with equivalence recognized by the Swiss Society of Intensive Care Medicine of the professional development title in intensive care obtained abroad;
- proven professional experience of at least 2 years in an intensive care service of similar complexity;
- in addition to the Italian language, knowledge of another national language is desirable;
- essential knowledge of main IT tools (Office package).
