Educator ES/HES or Professional Master for the Day Center at 60%
The Day Center aims to promote the social, cultural, and/or political participation of residents within an environment that facilitates the building of social ties as well as the identification, maintenance, or development of each individual's own resources.
Your mission
- Co-manage the various daytime activities, develop and implement activities respecting the capacities and professional follow-up of the residents
- Support residents daily in their activities, assess their abilities, and adapt techniques according to each individual's skills
- Promote autonomy and self-determination, support the personal development of residents
- Participate in the preparation and drafting of residents' summaries, lead and manage the individualized support project
- Develop and maintain collaboration with the various teams
Your profile
- Holder of a diploma as an Educator ES/HES or Professional Master, or an equivalent title
- Significant experience with individuals presenting an intellectual disability and associated disorders
- Organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Adaptability and observational skills, curious and creative mindset
- Physical and psychological resilience to face complex situations
- Listening skills and ability to promote interdisciplinary collaboration
