Human Resources Director
Your mission
As HR Director, you oversee all human resources management activities for the Nyon, Rolle sites and the CVE « Le Carrousel ».
You are responsible for modern, reliable HR management, compliant with the legal framework and focused on people.
Your main tasks
- Lead and structure the HR department (7 direct employees).
- Develop a proactive HR policy: HR partnering, coaching, mediation, conflict management, work climate.
- Manage recruitment and succession planning, strengthen employer attractiveness.
- Supervise HR administration, personnel files, HRIS data and payroll processes.
- Drive training and development policy (annual reviews, training plans, talents, internships).
- Ensure planning management (EC-PEP) in coordination with FHV-I and department heads.
- Support managers and General Management in legal, statutory, organisational and human aspects.
- Contribute to a positive social climate, prevent sensitive situations, support workplace health.
Your profile
- Advanced specialised HR training with proven expertise in personnel administration and labour law.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a hospital or complex institutional environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS, digital tools and interest in innovations (including AI-integrated solutions).
- Recognised leadership: organised, rigorous, proactive, with a strong service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, listening, mediation, managing sensitive situations and change management.
