Your Tasks
- Supporting the ward manager with organisational and professional tasks
- Co-responsibility for leading and guiding the nursing team
- Ensuring professional, patient-oriented care in acute psychiatry
- Taking on management duties in the absence of the ward manager
- Co-designing duty rosters and personnel development
- Participation in shift work
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration in everyday clinical practice
- Contributing to quality and nursing development processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Ideally further training to become a ward manager or willingness to undertake this
- Professional experience in psychiatry or acute care desirable
- Initial leadership experience an advantage
- Sense of responsibility, organisational talent and team spirit
- Empathetic and professional approach to people with mental illness
