Yooji's Manufactory, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi, and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufactory is located in Rümlang and employs over 120 staff. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to Yooji's restaurants and stores. Products specially developed for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufactory. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri, and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop stores throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Tasks
- Cutting, filling, packaging, and labelling of products according to quality specifications
- Setting up and preparing the workplace (AVOR)
- Picking products according to orders.
- Carrying out daily cleaning and tidying tasks according to cleaning guidelines.
- Adhering to hygiene, quality, and safety regulations
- Maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure
Requirements
- Mobility must be ensured (or residing in Rümlang)
- Willingness to work night shifts: shift start is either at 23:30, 03:00, or 04:00
- Professional experience in a comparable role in the food industry
- Reliability
- Good knowledge of German
- Clean, precise, and efficient working method
- Stress-resistant, resilient, and physically fit
