You can make a difference
- Inspecting and assessing sample executions (functional samples, prototypes, and series samples) on aircraft and the associated components
- Carrying out or assisting with test planning in cooperation with production planning
- Inspecting (intermediate and final inspections) manufacturing orders and performing the associated SAP bookings as well as issuing conformity certificates
- Controlling defective products and, where necessary, supporting and assisting with material dispositions
- Representing the needs and aspects of quality management in daily business as well as in projects
- Creating meaningful tools for planning, controlling, and checking quality
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring quality assurance activities
- Creating, reviewing, and approving contractually agreed documents for quality assurance
- Assessing the manufacturing and maintenance process regarding quality aspects
- Planning and conducting product audits, internal quality audits, and accompanying external audits
You bring with you
- Technical basic training in mechanics or electrical engineering, preferably in the aviation environment, and further training in quality management
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function in industry
- In-depth knowledge of industry-relevant standards and regulations (EN9100, EASA Part-145 / Part-21)
- Good knowledge of project management
- Reliable and responsible personality with a strong quality awareness
- Team- and solution-oriented demeanor and healthy assertiveness
- Solid IT / SAP knowledge
- Very good German and English skills
