In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the global distribution network and managing key strategic partnerships within the deuterium-labeled reagent business (ZEOtope®).You will act as the central commercial interface for the official ZEOtope® distributors and key accounts worldwide, ensuring consistent execution of global sales strategies, optimal market penetration, and sustainable growth of long-term partnerships. This role has high visibility and impact across the organization and plays a critical part in shaping the global success of the ZEOtope® product line.Tasks* Define, develop, and execute the global commercial strategy for the ZEOtope® product portfolio* Lead and manage the global distribution partner network, ensuring performance, alignment, and continuous development* Ensure consistent implementation of global sales strategies, pricing concepts, and commercial objectives across all regions* Build, maintain, and deepen strategic relationships with key accounts and partners at all organizational levels* Lead high-level commercial negotiations and support long-term business development initiatives* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Customer Service, Finance, Planning, and Production, to ensure seamless execution* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify growth opportunities* Promote a customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on service excellence, trust, and partnership growthQualification* Degree in Chemistry or a comparable scientific qualification* Additional education or training in Sales or Marketing is a plus* Minimum 5 years of experience in the chemical or life sciences industry* Proven track record in chemical sales, ideally within a distributor-based or international sales model* Solid understanding of NMR spectroscopy and its applications* Demonstrated experience managing international or national distributor networks* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills* Strategic, analytical, and structured working style with excellent organizational abilities* Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as requiredSeize this opportunity to shape your future - we look forward to receiving your application!
