Here is what you will do
- Independent planning and technical implementation of our diverse new build and refurbishment projects
- Project development, preparation of concepts for renovations and new builds
- Client consulting and acquisition, including offer preparation and cost estimation
- Negotiations with customers, authorities and craftsmen
- Schedule, cost and quality control
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a draughtsperson EFZ or a basic craft training
- Further training as a construction manager or technician in building construction HF or architect
- The ability to coordinate yourself in a very independent working environment
- A communicative streak, so meetings are not a nuisance but a welcome means to find solutions
- A cooperative and natural manner towards our customers, partners and authorities
- Interest in close collaboration with contractors and specialist planners from an early project stage
- A solution-oriented and team-capable personality
