Deputy Group Leader: Network Construction (all)

Do you want to take on responsibility, help shape network construction and at the same time support the specialists of tomorrow? In this versatile role, you combine leadership, organisation and practice and ensure reliable network operation with your team.

Your scope for design

• Together with the group management, you lead the team in technical and personnel matters
• You receive orders from various internal departments and ensure their professional and timely execution
• You instruct the fitters and coordinate deployments, materials, tools and other work equipment
• On the construction sites, you supervise the work and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements
• You support the responsible person with your expertise in the training of apprentices
  

What you bring with you

• A completed vocational training as a network electrician EFZ or electrical installer EFZ
• You have further training as a leading network fitter; training as a practical trainer is an advantage
• Your structured way of working and your know-how in dealing with technical aids distinguish you
• You hold a driving licence for categories B and BE
• You communicate confidently and fluently in German
