Your role
As an internal sales clerk, you are the central contact point for our customers, the specialist trade and our production. Your main task: smooth order processing – from the first inquiry to successful implementation. You ensure that all processes mesh efficiently and our customers are always well cared for.
Your tasks
- Order processing: You coordinate the entire ordering process, check orders for feasibility and ensure timely implementation.
- Material availability: You keep an overview of materials and ensure that they are available on time (appliances, merchandise, etc.).
- Complaint management: Challenges such as defects or complaints are seen by you as an opportunity to prove yourself as a problem solver and make our customers happy.
