Workplace Engineer 80-100%
Your Tasks
- 2nd level service for our employees with a focus on IT workplace infrastructure, Citrix and mobile devices
- On-site assignments at our various locations
- Infrastructure management: procurement, provision, commissioning
- Inventory maintenance as well as support in lifecycle management
- Support for our 1st level support in various areas
- Dispatching and clarification of requests, ensuring ticket quality, support in reporting
- Active further development of our knowledge base
- Operational collaboration with our external partners
- Support with compliance and security topics
- Participation in operational projects in the subject area
What You Bring
- Motivation, commitment and an active interest in contributing with your independent and very reliable work in the healthcare environment
- Several years of experience in workplace and/or 2nd level service/support
- Technical computer science basic training or comparable professional experience
- Good knowledge of the Windows client environment, Citrix and Microsoft infrastructures and mobile devices (Android)
- Basic knowledge of ITSM processes / ITIL and the use of a professional helpdesk system
- Driver's license category B
