Facility Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Technical all-round power: You independently carry out maintenance and repair work on building services systems and building infrastructure.
• Precise troubleshooting: You analyze and resolve malfunctions in technical infrastructure systems quickly, reliably, and sustainably.
• Interface management: You monitor, coordinate, and optimize maintenance work with external service providers.
• Driving sustainability: You actively support the implementation of our sustainability strategy in the areas of energy and environment.
• Building automation in control: You manage and optimize the Siemens Desigo CC building management system.
• Projects with impact: You lead medium- and long-term maintenance and renovation projects in the area of buildings and infrastructure.
• Readiness for deployment: You participate in on-call duty and thus ensure smooth operations even outside regular working hours.
• Technical foundation: You have completed a vocational training in a technical field, ideally supplemented by further training in facility management, building automation, or technical building management.
• Project management enthusiasm: You are passionate about planning and implementing projects from start to successful completion.
• Digital routine: You are confident with MS Office and have a sense for efficient solutions.
• Linguistic flexibility: You communicate confidently in German; English skills are a plus.
• Personal drive: You are responsible, assertive, proactive, and eager to celebrate successes together.
