Registered Nurse / Registered Nurse Spitex (50-100%)

Tasks

• You choose: either a focus on psychiatry, dementia or palliative care (according to your preference)
• Together with the interdisciplinary team, you ensure needs-oriented, appropriate and professional care and advice at home
• Always involving the social environment
• You are responsible for care situations as well as the care process and coordinate the services
• You adhere to the institution's guidelines and follow the instructions of the general practitioners
• Practical training of students and apprentices is also part of your demanding responsibilities
• Working hours are between 07:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 17:30 (flexibility is offered, employment between 50 and 100% is possible)
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 50 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training as a certified registered nurse HF / FH
• You appreciate flexible working models and want to contribute your creativity and ideas to further development
• If you like to work independently, conscientiously and responsibly to provide your competent nursing service, ...
