About the job
Facility Maintenance Specialist (a) 100%- Monitoring, supervision and management of various building services systems
- Independent planning and timely execution of repairs, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting
- Inspection rounds and checks with appropriate documentation
- Timely processing of incoming work orders taking KPI requirements into account
- Procurement of materials
- Waste management
- Winter and on-call duty
- Administrative tasks (e.g. correct preparation of reports, processing of checklists, etc.)
- Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist or a comparable qualification
- Work experience in caretaking and gardening is an advantage
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
- Good PC skills (MS Office) as well as understanding of internal software
- Structured, conscientious and independent working style
- High customer and service orientation
- Driving licence class B
- Impeccable character (criminal record and debt collection register extract)
