Your tasks
- You take on the professional, personnel and organisational leadership of our emergency department in Langnau and are jointly responsible for the quality and development of nursing
- In doing so, you ensure professional, safe and patient-oriented care in accordance with the nursing mission statement of Emmental Hospital and the skill and grade mix concept
- You are (co-)responsible for the staffing plan and recruitment of new employees in your area, ensure personnel development and adhere to the departmental budget
- You ensure customer-oriented and interdisciplinary collaboration and regularly work in day-to-day operations
- In addition, you organise, coordinate and structure the relevant processes in a resource-oriented manner
Your profile
- You are a qualified nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) with additional training as NDS Emergency Nursing and have several years of professional experience in acute care as well as management training or the willingness to complete such training
- Ideally, you bring leadership experience in a comparable role
- You are a committed, proactive and open personality with pronounced professional and social competence, who succeeds in inspiring, motivating and strengthening employees
- You treat people with respect and appreciation and the well-being of patients is at the centre of your work
- You practise your profession with joy, enjoy working in a team, think and act in a networked and service-oriented manner
- You approach conflicts in a solution-oriented way and promote the personal responsibility of your employees
