Front Office Trainee 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- General guest care
- Check-in / Check-out
- Coordination with guests and organization of the stay
- Acceptance of room reservations, creation of offers and confirmations
- Entry of definitive room reservations in Opera and organization of the stay
- Management of the Front Office email inbox
- Filing and management of correspondence
- Acceptance of table reservations for the F&B outlets
- Acceptance of room service orders
- Irregular night duty
What we wish from you
- Currently enrolled as a student at a Swiss hotel management school
- Very good German and English skills, additional French skills are an advantage.
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working, even in a dynamic environment.
- Organizational strength and team orientation, combined with joy in working with people
- Flexibility: Willingness to work across departments if necessary or to respond flexibly to changed work requirements.
- Technical affinity: Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with hotel software such as Opera or Protel.
